Terms of Service

Article 1Application

These Terms are intended to define the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between us and users, and apply to all relationships between users and us concerning the use of the Service.

Article 2Description of the Service

By connecting a Google account, the Service provides a function that detects deletions of events in the Google calendars designated by the user and notifies the user by email or other means. The Service does not prevent or undo the deletion of events; the restoration of deleted events shall be performed by the user on Google Calendar.

Article 3Registration

1. Users may use the Service by authenticating with a Google account.
2. We may decline to approve a registration if we determine that there are grounds we deem inappropriate.

Article 4Fees and Payment

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. The fees for the paid plans are as follows.

• Payment for paid plans is processed through the payment service Stripe.
• Fees are charged monthly on a prepaid basis, and no pro-rated refunds will be made for cancellation during a billing period.
• We may change the fees. If we do so, we will announce the change in advance on the Service.

Article 5Cancellation

Users may cancel a paid plan at any time through operations within the Service. After cancellation, users may continue to use the paid plan features until the end of the relevant billing period.

Article 6Prohibited Conduct

In using the Service, users shall not engage in the following acts.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of us or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or place excessive load on our servers
• Acts of using the Service improperly or attempting unauthorized access
• Acts of allowing third parties to improperly use a Service account
• Other acts that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

Article 7Suspension and Modification of the Service

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users due to maintenance, failures, changes in the availability of external services, or other reasons.
2. We may change the content of the Service or terminate its provision.

Article 8Disclaimer

1. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the detection and notification of event deletions. Notifications may not be sent or may be delayed due to specification changes in Google Calendar or other external services, communication conditions, email non-delivery, and the like.
2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
3. The Service does not prevent the deletion of events and does not guarantee that deleted events will be restored.

Article 9Handling of Personal Information

We will appropriately handle the personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 10Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms without notice to users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

Article 11Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
